Sounds amazing! I'm addicted to cookies and cookie dough so this sounds like an awesome alternative to curb my sweet tooth! Thanks!

This sounds yummy. However, it says 1 cup oatmeal. Is that cooked oatmeal or one cup of oats? Just wanted clarification. Thanks

Uncooked oats. I use regular oats but I think quick cook ones would work, too.

I made them today, and my kids love them. They're very sweet, but I love the increased nutritional value.
  • Two quick questions--do you use reduced fat PB and can you use steel-cut oats?

That does sound good. Have you tried baking them into actual cookies yet? I'd be interested to see how thatd turn out myself.

It would probably be a failure without some kind of egg/oil or baking powder/soda. Just from experience.

Have you tried Balance Bars cookie dough flavor?
    These are wonderful!

Thanks! I'm going to try this with using PB2 instead of peanut butter, and Maple Grove sugar free syrup instead of honey.

Without flour, I doubt they'd turn out very well

Bump! Also, I wonder if ground Chia seeds would work in place of the ground flax seeds. Ch-ch-ch-chia!

This looks really good! Somebody commented they were really sweet. I wonder if they would still bind together OK with a little less honey. That would cut back on the calories too.
