Nike Training Club - calories burned

Hi!

I've just used NTC for the first time (did sweat + shape), it's pretty damn awesome so far! My only problem is that I have no idea how I should log the calories burned. I don't have a hrm, and I won't be getting one anytime soon. Can anyone advise me as to what I could be logging it under? Maybe aerobics?

    Hi, I'm no expert but have also started doing the Nike training app, I plugged the calories in as I would a circuit workout, 30min burns about 230cals, seemed fairly reasonable to me. Good luck. Janelle

    i used the high intensity aerobics workout but the circuit training option is probably more accurate

    I log it under the circuit training and after checking it out with a HRM I find it to be the closest to accurate.
