My Old Trainer Didn't Recognize Me!

So I was at the gym today and saw my old trainer. He didn't say hi when I walked in. I went to my AMT machine quietly cussing him out in my head. About 30 minutes into my hour he came over and said hi and told me he didn't recognize me! It felt good. I hadn't seen him in about 8 weeks while he took time off and I found a someone else to train me. So it made me want to go through photos of me. I don't have many from when I was bigger, I avoided pictures at all costs and tried to hide behind people if I had to be in them. But I sure don't mind pictures now. I have about 10 more pounds to go but hearing the words you look good I didn't recognize you feels so good!

I am so glad I got sick and tired of hating myself every time I looked in the mirror!

    that's the best compliment ever :) i really want that to happen to me one day. i'm in korea just for the summer and plan on coming back again within the next couple of years and i hope that if i see my trainer he says the same!!!! #winning

    It took me about 4 months of eating better and 6 hours a week in athe gym, 2 of those with a trainer. A lot of blood sweat and tears.
