I recently came across an article discussing the advantages of drinking warm lemon water every day. Some of these advantages include helping digestion, boosting immunity and aiding in weight loss. I was just curious if any of you have tried this and what changes you noticed after starting?

I have heard the same thing. I drink a cup of hot water every morning with just a few drops of lemon juice in it. I can't stand lemon water, so this is pure torture for me, but it's easier if it's hot, for me anyway. I have noticed that as far as digestion goes, I'm more regular, but that could have to do with all the health food and exercise too.0

My doctor has been having me drink the juice of half a FRESH lemon with warm water first thing in the morning. I've had big digestive issues and this has been one of the things that really helps. I hate sour and I think its gross but just gotta tough it out.0
