Nice write-up that I read about the Canadian Food Guide

The Canada food guide is pretty much a mirror image of the USDA food guide. Some slight differences in sizes of fruit servings and such. And the USDA food guide wasn't funded by the meat and dairy industry, right? :laugh:0
