Need advice on Strength training

I started my journey at 179lbs and am currently 148lbs..I'd like to tone up without getting bulky...I like my curves and embrace them however I don't want to be flabby.

Any advice is GREATLY appreciated! :smile:

    Most women fail to realize you need testosterone to build bulky muscle, So unless you've developed testicles you don't have anything to worry about. Just find a good compound program to follow that has squats maybe some bench and dead lift involved. Sure you won't feel girly in the gym but outside of it you'll be thin and strong. =] Don't let the media trick you into thinking lifting will make you bulky. It's honestly not as easy as picking something up and putting it down, trust me on that.

    Agree with above....u have nothing to worry about....get some proteing and go.to ur gym's total syrength.class and u.will b fine. In fact, u will prob see ur weightloss supercharged

    Do 50 reps with 2lb dumbells thats great for spot toning
