What time of Day?

What time of day works best for you to exercise?

Since I just started on this journey and was pretty much completely seditary, I find breaking my exercise up a couple of times a day is what works best for me right now. I really try hard to walk at least 2 times a day, I also try to challenge myself to walk at different paces each time I walk, I also do step ups with a 6 inch step for as long as I can once a day, and I'm adding jumping jacks in this week. I really try hard to do this 6 days a week. Soon I will be ordering my Turbo Jam program. I can't wait til I get to that point.

I was just curious what everyone else thought.

The best time to workout is whatever is convenient to you and that you can stick with

Above comment is probably the most true, but ... I try to workout in the morning since someone told me a long time ago that since it increases your metabolism it will help you burn off your cals better during the day. Two other things that help me, if I do it in the morning I am more likely to stick with my diet since I have already put in the effort and exercising late in the day can rev some people up and make it harder to go to sleep.

Personally, I work out in the morning before work. I like that I get it out of the way first thing and I dont have to think about it the rest of the day. Plus I have two small kids and waiting til after they go to bed is just not an option...Im too tired by then! It's easy for me to get up, though and I realize not every one is like that. I crave exercise in the morning now.
