Rocky Horror -- Getting Fit?

I have been working to get fit for awhile now and have passed more than 50 pounds lost.
A couple weeks ago I auditioned for Rocky Horror Picture Show (Sounds fun, right?)
Today they asked me to take on the role of ROCKY! Now I'm excited and nervous because I have 2.5 months to turn this:
Into this!
My diet is fairly clean, but I need to burn the last bit of flab and tone/bulk. I want to maintain the gymnast/dancer/martial artist muscle look and not go towards body builder type of bulk.
I WILL be posting picture of my progress and encourage you to add me as a friend if you want to follow the journey.
My question is: What forms of exercise are going to show the best results? Which direction should my diet go to add muscle and burn the last bit of fat? If you add me as a friend you can check out my Journals.
Thanks so much!

I'm 5'10... Frank is 6'2 and 185 pounds. I'm a little worried, but I will figure it out.0 -
