    Bump.
I wonder the nutrition info for this?

I just did a little bit of maths, about 250 calories for an entire batch.

    205 kcal
    25g carbs
    12g fat
    11g protein
I made them this morning, and they were dead yummy (although I was hungry again in ust a couple of hours:sad: )

But mine came out at 355 cals - then I added some sweetened extra light phili on top (well worth doing) which made it over 400 cals just for breakfast - definitely contributed towards my massive over eating today:(

Think I will use them as dessert in future, and share with the kids:)

Ingredients Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium
    Bananas - Raw, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) 105 27 0 1 1
    Tesco - Medium Free Range Egg, 1 egg 71 0 5 6 70
    Whole Earth - Smooth Original Peanut Butter With No Added Sugar (Uk), 30 g 179 3 15 7 120
    Add Ingredient
    Total: 355 30 20 14 191

Oh wow, you got a really high value for your peanut butter! I use about half the amount of peanut butter you do- my scales don't give very accurate results but I'm basing my assumption on the idea that 1 tsp of peanut butter is about 5g and there are 3 tsp in a tbsp. I may have been wrong!

My values were as follows, but I may well have been a little out. I've always been one for underestimating.

    CaloriesCarbsFatProtein
    Eggs - Whole, raw, 1 medium 65 0 4 6
    Bananas - Raw, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) 90 23 0 1
    Generic - Peanut Butter - Smooth, 1 tbsp 95 2 8 4
