i dont sleep at all
and i really want to sleep!
I try counting sheep,closing my eyes,staring at the walls...
i just want a full nights sleep.


ANY SUGGESTIONS??

    Eliminate caffeine from your diet. Practice daily breathing exercises. Take a warm bath before bedtime. Get at least 45 minutes of aerobic activity every day. *kitten*.

    Go to the vitamin aisle of your grocery store and get some melatonin. its natural and already produced in your brain the supplement just give you extra so you fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. i love especially when i am some where i would normally have a hard time sleeping.

    On top of all the good advice you received from jrm, make sure you're not exercising before bed. That always keeps me up. If you do...take a COLD shower to bring your body temp back down. Still not great, but it helps. Sometimes that's the only time you have.

    While I don't need it, I always hear Awesome Reviews about Melatonin...but start with a low dose and work from there!

    Try reading. That helps me fall asleep. And even if you can't fall asleep straight away, you are still resting your body. I have also seen somewhere that you should avoid technology (tvs, computers, phones, etc) while sitting in bed waiting to fall asleep.

    i cant read before bed cause i have to know whats going to happen.lol

    havent tried melatonin.ill give it a try.


    & if sex entergises me,im sure masterbation will too. ..lol

    Hey, I have the same problem, I used to sleep really well but in the last 8 months it takes hours to get to sleep, and then I wake up a lot during the night, I got told to see a doctor recently and my brain went.... Oh yeah, doctors! So I'm going to be talking to mine soon. Though I have found getting up earlier makes it easier to fall asleep the next day.

    Ever since my son started sleeping through, the night, I stopped. I fell asleep at 10 and I was so happy, and of course I just woke up at 1am. This is cruel!

    Try Melatonin, but be careful. It upsets my stomach REALLY bad. Like I'm sick the entire next day. Also, try sleepy time tea.
