Found out I have a yeast intolerance today...
Anyone else on here have one?

And what do you eat in a typical day? I have to cut out so much stuff I used to enjoy :(

I do and yet I still eat it :( I have cut out regular pastas etc ....but I still eat some high fiber breads.....there is a pill that helps along with lots of water :):) the pill is called Candida Cleanse --got it at the local organic foods store $24 for 60tabs.....also taking biotin and cranberry fruit supplements helps.

As for foods- the pasta I use is brown rice pasta, there is also crackers/chips and the like also made from brown rice that are good....I still eat mushrooms and cheese I just cut down on them- dont eat them nearly as often and only eat 1 oz of cheese at time and just a few mushrooms a couple times a month....

Can you please tell me what foods you can't eat and what symptoms you get? I have an intolerance to something in bread and pasta products but can't pinpoint it!

I get really bloated, I feel sick, feel like I'm about to pass out, IBS, fatigue, depression.
The worst foods for me are yogurt and bread, but I also am not meant to eat any dairy products, crackers, or alcohol.
That could be anything from Yeast to Wheat to Celiacs though so check with your dr :)

proteins and veggies but I also use the brown rice pastas and brown rice....I make my own boullion for soups since store bought has yeast extract in it....oatmeal for breakfast or the protein foods....there are a lot of things you CAN have you just have to find the alternative-its not that bad...

this..plus headaches and sick to my stomach....though I find that beer as far as alcohol goes is bad for me.....dairy products in moderation and with another type of food.
try cutting out one thing at a time for a few weeks each and see which makes you feel better- thats how they determine food allergies most times anyways.....there are quite a few people out there that have yeast overload and dont know it or are gluten intolerant....

Thanks, I've isolated it to all breads, pastry and pasta products but can't pinpoint the actual intolerance. I thought it was gluten but cereal and oats are okay, looks like it's not yeast either as alcohol and dairy are fine for me. I'm getting the same intolerance symptoms though, bloating, cramps, headaches, fatigue and sweet cravings. I'm reluctant to see the doctor as I feel I'm wasting their time, after all I'm not I'll.

If you have these symptoms, how does that count as you not being ill? When you have an intolerance i.e. yeast if you eat too much of it, you could end up becoming severely malnourished because your body may stop absorbing nutrients from other foods.
