August Exercise Challenge!

Options
I'm getting unmotivated to exercise and so I am starting an August exercise challenge:
Rules:
1) Exercise 6 days/week
2) Do it for 4 weeks straight

If you're interested, I'll create a group and we can log in our exercise every day, motivate and encourage each other! :smile: :smile: :smile:

    Aah this is just what I needed. I was feeling my enthusiasm for exercising flagging a bit, specially since I am fasting (for Ramadan) but this should be a nice little motivation to get me to move my bum and get atleast a spot of exercise in..Count me in! :)
