Need a little motivation...

I've toyed around with this app on my phone but now i really feel that it can help me with the weight loss goals I have in mind. I'm new to this and it's very easy to get sidetracked with a fast pace life. I have no excercize plan or diet but I am I search of one. Almost everybody near me is trying to sell me something (thin in a bottle/ shakes) and I just want to do it naturally... Hope to get started ASAP!

    I know what you mean! Everyone is all 'drink this magic potion and say goodbye to your love handles'. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way... After years of yo-yoing I've found that the best you can do is do it right. I've seen plenty of people achieve great results, and it's our turn now!

    I think we can both do great if we just stick to the calorie and exercise goals.
  • hi there - I have tried all those gimmicks - well most and just recently did the cabbage soup diet - well I lasted about 5 days and then gave up the will to eat!! anyway I am losing about 2lbs a week and have lost 10 lbs over 21 days - a healthy and sensible loss and I have to say through this site I am eating wisely - I appreciate portion sizes and have never been so full!!! Feel free to add me - I love supporting people and being supported - not just for diet needs but even just a chat!!! Tracey x

  • Hiya! I too have tried a few of those "magic potion/diet" things with no such luck. I have tried to lose the weight on and off for 6 years but this time it feel different. I know we all can accomplish our goals :)
