Belly fat

I work,out 3 times a week at the gym, what would help get rid of the fat on my stomach. I am doing hip hop abs 2 times a week. Is there anything else that will help.

    Consistent diet and exercise are the only things that work. As you'll read on here, belly fat is usually the last to go. You need to work to reduce your overall body fat percentage and it will eventually come off.

    I'm in the same boat. I've almost reached my goal weight but still need to burn the fat off my abs that are peeking through. It's taken some time but I do see improvements in my belly. I've found a mix of strenght and cardio seem to work best for me for removing the fat.

    there are also certain supplements you can take, like yohimbine hcl, that should help out a little by basically increasing blood flow to the area or targeting specific receptors iirc, but it prolly won't make a huge difference.
