Hi there- I am looking for lower carb protein bars that use stevia instead of sugar as their sweetener. Do you know any or where i can buy them? Thanks!

after reading this, it got me wondering myself. I just did a search and the first thing to pop up was this: http://stevia-recipes.blogspot.com/2009/04/low-glycemic-sugar-free-protein-bars.html

and this one if you feel like making them: http://www.steviasmart.com/besprotbarre.html

I've also heard that Quest bar makes some...

I'm a huge fan of stevia and know of recipes but not any bars you can buy. I am betting there might be some "high-end" nutrition stores, maybe in larger cities, that have them? Baking would be way cheaper if you had the time;) denise

If you don't have time to make your own, Quest bars don't have soy and have the cleanest ingredients I have found. You can order them, or some stores have them (like Vitamin Shoppe).

Just know there are two lines that Quest makes: the 99.95 natural uses lo han guo and sucrolose whereas the 100% natural has erythritol, stevia and lo han guo. I'm in Allen, TX and every Vitamin Shoppe carries the Cinnamon Roll, Coconut Cashew (both my favorites), Chocolate Brownie and Almond Vanilla Crunch. Though every sports nutrition store carries all of their bars.

The Power Crunch bars that I bought at Vitamin Shoppe have stevia.

Well that's good because I am in McKinney TX and now I know where I can get those bars! Thanks!
