Comments on my Meal Plan

830 AM - 4 Egg Whites W/ 1/2 cup of Fat Free Mozerella W/ 2 Piece of Whole Wheat Toast

9:00 AM - One Core Protein Drink

11:00 AM - Fiber plus bar

12:00 PM - 2 Medium Sized Bananas

1:30 PM(???? WHAT DO I EAT FOR LUNCH LOL)

4:00 PM - Fiber Plus Bar

6:30 PM - Protein Drink (After Workout)

7:30 PM - 1 Bonless Chicken Breast W/ 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice and 1/2 Can of Black Beans

    and a few servings of veggies.

    Otherwise, looks like a decent cutting diet.

    I hate vegetables so much! Why I take a lot of vitamins lol.

    What would you suggest be a good lunch

    Tuna fish/Salsa?

    There are so many things you can have for lunch

    chicken tacos with lettuce, toamato, salsa and non-fat sour cream
    ground turkey with some veggies in a whole wheat tortilla
    6 oz beef fajita with brown rice and an small apple

    Sara lee makes a 45 cal/slice bread. Makes it easy to have a sandwich without having a ton of cals invested in bread!

    What about a chicken salad with low cal dressing

    I'd try to eat less of those fiber one bars...look at the ingredients, not that awesome for you. You can have an apple instead or some other piece of fruit with a good fiber content.

    Looks good.. one thing i like to have for a quick lunch thats amazing.. I take diced/shredded/canned chicken whatever you want, mix with a dab of light mayo and some Franks Buffalo sauce. Mix and put inside a large lettuce leaf and roll it up. SO GOOD, and low in calories... Ive done it with tuna salad, ground turkey cooked with taco seasoning, and with deli turkey. Im so easy for lunch... sandwiches with Light wheat bread, special K cereal sometimes...

    or make your own protein bars, tons of recipes online :-)

    lunch- salads (can be yummy add fats in it)
    chicken + sweet potato + veggies

    pretty much follow for lunch: serving of protein, complex carb, fat

    me too! i do take a lot of vitamins, but i also eat a lot of salsa with everything - or i "hide" them from myself. ground turkey meat loaf with peppers, carrots, etc or i shred carrots, squash and zucchini into tomato sauce. i just try to add them whenever i can. one day i might even learn to eat a salad :laugh:

    I have found that roasting veggies with a little olive oil and garlic is a great way to start liking veggies. Try grilling them on the bbq the same way- you may change your mind ;)

    Looks like there's plenty there to me? He's getting in 3 meals plus snacks. Like it has been said maybe room for a few more veges but otherwise looks ok calorie wise in my opinion?

    Maybe short term, but you can not live a life based on shakes and stuff. He has asked for comments and I have offered mine and asked questions about it? If someone asks for comments then they are asking for advice critique, if they `personally` don`t answer the questions then you do not have to feel the need to defend them.

    I am not trying to put them down, just trying to ask for more information jesz124.

    Its hard cause all my friends are super mass builders/body

    so their regiment isint quite for me YET! :D hopefully

    IMO drop the fibre bars and protein shakes and buy 5lbs of chicken breast.
    Bake on sunday.
    Thats your lunch daily.

    Chicken breast with 1c broccoli and 1/4c rice.
    Breakfast as whole eggs are great even with the yolk for whole BCAA!
    Dinner should be anything.
    Have a snack for bedtime.

    I'm 5'6" and 38 and I think I would starve on your diet.
