For those who love eating cookie dough!

Cookie Dough To Eat

2 1/4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

1 Cup Butter or Margarine- Softened
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (do not use a liquid substitute like agave!)
3/4 Cup White Sugar (Granulated, do not use liquid substitute like agave!)

3-5 Tablespoons Milk
2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (or Dark is how I like it!)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Mix the first 3 ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cream together the middle 3 ingredients in another bowl.
Combine the two bowls so they are mixed well.
Blend in the last 3 ingredients.

Enjoy!

*Recommend it to be refrigerated for at least an hour. Keep in the refrigerator.

I would add a photo but not sure where to do that!

I've been eating cookie dough and cake batter for as long as I can remember with the eggs in. I have yet to have any side effects, I also used to drink milk right out of the bulk tank. It's all good, but I'll give this a try.

looks yummy. do you still need the baking soda though if you're just eating it from the bowl?

This definitely sounds good, but it can't possibly be good for you. I mean 1 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar? Ya, its whole wheat flour, but still...

I, at least, could never make this. I have not got enough self control to leave a bowl of cookie dough alone in the fridge. How much is a serving, anyway?

Calories on this would be quite high, yes?

I don't think you need the baking soda if you're not going to bake the dough. It's just a leavening agent and adds sodium to the recipe.

I've always eaten raw cookie dough (with eggs) no issues. I used to just make cookie dough, and rolled into a log, frozen it and would cut off a chunk to eat...or bake!

Frozen cookie dough is the best!

I usually eat ones from the store (with egg) raw - but this will be great to try out.
