Overnight oats recipes

I LOVE overnight oats, and I want to know how YOU make them!

I combine:

1/2 C Bob's mill extra thick oatmeal
1/4 C Fage Greek yogurt
1/2 C Silk Milk light
1 T chia seeds
1/4 C raspberries
+stevia+cinnamon+vanilla extract

Cover and let refrigerate overnight to absorb the goodness!
Tope with a dollop of peanut butter in the morning, and you've got happiness in a bowl =)

For other recipe/flavor ideas. I love overnight/refrigerator oatmeal. It's my staple breakfast for 6 months of the year. :-) I love to add peaches, cherries, or other yummy fruits.

I love overnight oatmeal! I make it with:
-1/4 cup Steel Cut Oatmeal (Trader Joe's brand)
-2 tbsp Bob's soy protein powder
-skim milk (enough so it's all covered...approx 3/4 cup)

and then any of the following:
    -cinnamon & raisins
    -frozen blueberries
    -frozen mixed berries
    -frozen banana slices
    -sugar free maple syrup
    -dried cranberries

Calories vary depending on the add-ins, so to make it easier to log I saved the base ingredients as a recipe, and then every morning I just have to log that plus add-ins.

I make a base from dry ingredients only and it sits on teh self in my pantry, until I am ready to use it
Today I did Apples and Bananas

for now I am using what I had on hand for my base:

    Body Fortress™ - Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder-Vanilla (Corrected 7/4/12), 0.25 scoop
Cereals - Oats, regular and quick and instant, unenriched, cooked with water, without salt (oatmeal), 0.25 cup
Great Value (Walmart) - Non Fat Dry Milk (Powder), 2.5 tbsp.
Flax Usa - Organic Golden Flax Seed Cold Milled , 1 tbsp
Sugars - Brown, 1 tsp packed packed
    That is 174 calories, 22 carbs, 16 protein, 5 fat, 3 fiber,

When I add the fruit I add a half a cup of water.

I love using the jars and am looking for more ways to prepare quick foods to eat.

Edit:Oh and I make the dry ingredients a head of time with as many jars as I can because I have a family of 8 and everyone likes them, so it speeds up the process.

I vary mine everyday. I work third shift and like to make it before work so that I can come home to something good in the morning. It really helps me avoid the temptation of stopping for food. I am glad to see im not the only one who uses the steel cut oats :D I think the rolled oats are too mushy for me, the steel cut give a nice hearty chew.

    1/4- 1/2 steel cut oats
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1/2 cup fresh strawberries
    tbsp honey

sometimes I do a partial scoop of cake batter protein powder for a sweet sweet flavour.

PS What is this extra thick oatmeal im reading some of you use?

Tomorrow Im trying a fresh mango and pineapple combo.

I find overnight oats high in calories and prefer to just cook a large batch plain and add different toppings each day. Coach's oats are my new favorite and can be cooked in the microwave.

I've just let oats, water, cinnamon, etc. sit overnight in the fridge if I'm out of yogurt or want a "slimmer" breakfast (i.e. I know the rest of the day will be tough calorie-wise). I add fruit in the am.

I love to add a bit of lemon, lime, or orange zest to some of the combinations, really makes it extra special.

I ate mine cold when I tried it last week; I am not a fan of hot cereal and the oats get soft enough overnight. Also, it's too darn hot here to cook!

    I've been doing:

    Half a banana, smooshed
1/3 cup oats (using Quick Oats just because that's what I have in the house)
    1/3 cup Trader Joe's 2% Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Trader Joe's Vanilla Coconut Milk
    1 tsp honey
A really generous sprinkle of cinnamon

    259 Calories

I just started making this last week, but I've had it about 5 times already.
