Overnight oats?

Options
I LOVE overnight oats, and I want to know how YOU make them!

I combine:

1/2 C Bob's mill extra thick oatmeal
1/4 C Fage Greek yogurt
1/2 C Silk Milk light
1 T chia seeds
1/4 C raspberries
+stevia+cinnamon+vanilla extract

Cover and let refrigerate overnight to absorb the goodness!
Tope with a dollop of peanut butter in the morning, and you've got happiness in a bowl =)

Mine is pretty close to this except I use steel cut oats and add applesauce, cinnamon and a packet of stevia. I make it in a jelly jar for easy transport.

    Here's mine, makes 2 servings.

    1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup Vanilla Silk, no sugar added
    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup sugar free breakfast syrup
    1/4 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 packets of Splenda or Truvia
    pinch of salt.

    So creamy and delicious!

I have never had this kind of oatmeal. Is it really good. Do you put everything in a bowl and put in the refrigerater over night?

Me too! I've never tried this. Do you eat it cold or warm it up?

It's meant to be eaten cold, straight from the fridge! It's my favorite breakfast because of the texture. It's thick and stick to your ribs good.

I need to try doing overnight oats sometime. Usually I will make a few servings of oatmeal at home and bring them to work with me to heat up in the morning. Here's my recipe:

-1 serving Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods Gluten Free Oats
-1 tbsp Living Harvest Organic Vanilla Spice Hemp Protein
-a few shakes of of cinnamon

I add a banana and a bit of unsweetend almond milk before I microwave. Very yummy.

I have this EVERY morning :) I make 5 jars on Sunday and then I have breakfast for the week

I use whatever fruit I have available in my house and throw it in the jar.

my fave is raspberries with almond extract then I throw in some almond slivers for extra crunch

    LOVE me some mango

I've done pomegranate/blueberry which was quite delish

The BEST thing about these is they are healthy, filling and oh so tasty. There is no right or wrong way to do it :)
