I've been eating really good for the past 2 week(ish), I know this is isn't a very long time but its when I decided to start. I don't have a ton of time to cook so I tend to make easy stuff, or stuff that I can make in big batches and freeze in individual serving sizes. Lately I've been eating tuna, chili, and kind of a chicken taco salad that I make for dinner.

I've fallen off the wagon a little (okay, a lot) the last two days and its not that I'm not motivated I'm just sick of eating the same things over and over. Anyone have any ideas for quick and easy foods using some different things or know of good websites for food like this? I really want to stick to this I just can't keep eating the same thing for dinner every day!

Try varying the types of seasonings you use. If you don't cook from scratch much, get jars of different sauces to flavor meats and veggies. For mexican flavorings, use different salsas. For asian flavors, use teriyaki, general tso sauce, etc. For Indian, tikka masala sauce or jhalfrezi sauce.

I grill up a batch of chicken and use it for so many things.
Quesadilla with whole wheat tortilla and colby cheese
Spinach salad, low fat balsalmic vinegarette and whatever veggies you can get in there
Whole grain pasta and marinara sauce
Chicken sandwiches (Sandwich thins, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes)

I also love pork chops (4oz is about 170 cals) with garlic salt, floured and steamed on stove top with 1/2 cup of water for 12 mins.

I almost always use canned green beans or corn, packaged long grain rice, and packaged mashed potatoes. They are easy to throw into the microwave and get on the table with a decent calorie count.

Here is probably my favorite thing to make:
    English muffin Pizza

    1whole wheat english muffin
    1/4 cup marinara sauce
    1 slice of swiss cheese
    2-3 oz grilled chicken.

Make like pizza and stick in oven at 350 degrees for 15 mins. They are so freakin good!
    About 360 cals, 30g protein

check out Skinnytaste.com They have some great recipes you can try...

Do you eat Fish? Perhaps purchase some tilapia fillets that are frozen and individually wrapped; turkey burgers./veggie burgers
I keep plenty of frozen veggies on hand; sometimes it's easier. Stir Fry is easy and not all that bad.
