Look into lipo massage I have had 4 treatments cost 55 per treatment. My inner thighs look great I thought that it was hanging fat, but it was loose skin. It works! Same results in the stomace the skin is so much tighter.0

Lipo Massage is a sort of vacuume none invastive, but when breacking up fat you can have some bruising that could last a week.0

There aren't any exercises I have ever heard of that will tighten up skin. If anyone ever finds one I would love to know about it. If you lost weight quickly, it is most likely that your skin wasn't able to rebound quick enough to keep up the with weight loss. It can take some time for your skin to get back into shape.
Some tips to help the skin I have heard of it to exfoliate often, use lotion everyday and be sure you have plenty of vitamin A, B, C and E in your diet.0 -
Doesn't lipo suck fat? It looks like he has a lot of mustle under the loose skin. I don't think lipo would help him unless I'm really wrong.0

No exercises will tighten up skin, as your skin is an organ and not a muscle. However over time it will hopefully reshape and tighten itself, with the help of lots of water and antioxidants every day. If it doesn't you might have to look into medical solutions.0
