    Congratulations on such huge changes! You look so much younger this year than in the past two years. Your post is inspiring to me because you have been on this journey for three years, it didn't happen overnight. I really struggle at times with sloooow weight loss. Hearing others' stories about slow but steady progress really helps me to keep going, even whent the scale seems to never budge. Thank you for sharing and happy, happy birthday! Keep up the great work!
