    You aren't alone. Before you know it, that four pounds becomes eight, then twelve and so on. It's so exciting to get that initial drop and it really motivates you to keep going. This site has really helped me because whenever I'm struggling, I read about somebody else's struggles or their successes and it continues to motivate and remind me that this process takes time when my own motivation is faltering.
