1000 in 2010

Okay, so I didn't quite achieve 800 miles in 2009 (I started a few months into the year). This year I am making it a goal to hit 1000 miles of cardio in 2010. I know there was a large group of people that were trying to hit the 800 in 2009 (I hope that everyone made it). If I figured it correctly you need to average around 2.74 miles a day for the year. This challenge is open to everyone. Good luck to all the MFP members as we work towards our goals in 2010.

  • Good luck on your new goal for 2010! Even if you didn't hit 800 in 2009, just sticking with it was a big success. Happy New Year!
