    Congratulations! You're doing great. Sometimes it takes looking at pictures to really see a difference. I'm one of those people who can't see my weight loss or inches lost even when others do lol.

    pictures are always the best way to see your progress!! even though the scale shows a 5 pound loss, look at how you are shrinking!!! GO YOU!!
