I have been doing myfitness for a while now. I have been putting everything i am eating. What will happen if I go over my sugar or protein? I am trying to lose weight so I have been going under my calories.

unless you have additional health/fitness goals, going over on sugar or protein will not affect your weightloss as long as you are maintaining a calorie deficit.
If you are trying to maintain or build muscle, the protein levels are important to make sure you get enough. The carb/sugar is important if you are diabetic, but otherwise gives you plenty of energy.0 -
Don't go too far under your calories!! Especially if you've set weight loss goals in MFP, then the recommended calories already factor in the weight loss.
In general, i think MFP recommends pretty low protein - especially if you have increased your working out - you need the protein.
And for the rest, i would suggest that you try not to consistently exceed anything - try to average out around the recommendation. If you have two eggs today, you will surely exceed your cholesterol. But eggs are good for you, so just try not to have 2 eggs every day.
I have found it absolutely impossible to hit all of my targets every day, so i just try to average.0 -
Thanks so much!0
