I need some tips on how to measure waist, legs, arms. Like how do you know you have the same spot or are there certain places or what:huh: . I am going to try to go by measurements and not the scale. I need to replace the fat with muscle:bigsmile:

I use this link: http://egl.livejournal.com/15507526.html
You can ignore the tidbits about lolita fashion but the directions for where to measure almost everywhere is wonderful.
I usually keep track of:
- neck (1" up from collar bone)
- bust (wear a supportive bra, right across nipples and centered on band)
- waist (smallest part of torso)
- stomach (around belly button)
- hips (around widest part of bottom; roughly centered on your bum cheeks)
- upper arms (thickest looking part)
- upper thighs (again, thickest looking part)0 -
Thank you so much I a going to try that and take pictures this time to notice the change without the scale:happy:0
