Someone gave me a cup of cold stone ice cream before Christmas. I put it in the freezer and haven't touched it. What should I do? Throw it away? I know it has a ton of calories.

Only eat half of a serving (or less) at a time. Yum!0

If you don't really want it, throw it away. If you LOVE Cold Stone (as I do!), then check the database for the calorie content. It's all about knowing what you're eating. There's a lot of flavors of cold stone ice cream on there. Measure out your portion, eat it slowly an enjoy every teensy bite of it. As long as you're within your calorie range for the day, no guilt!0

It isn't anthrax, just do what you would normally do, only do less.0

It does have a ton of calories and that mostly comes from saturated fat. If you don't want it, toss it. If you do, practice moderation and account for it honestly in your daily meals.
You don't have to keep it out of any sense of obligation to whomever gave it to you.0 -
I agree. If you REALLY want it, divide it in a few portions and eat it over time. If you don't really want it that bad give it to someone else or throw it away.0

Yes, it is all about portion control which I struggle with.0
