    Belinda, thank you so much for the time and effort you put into this...especially with a new baby and now...a new job!!! I know that you have helped many people stay on track and stick to their goal to be healthier and happier. You have certainly kept me goign when I was disappointed and frustrated!

    I can't believe it's already August! I wish I could slow down time because I feel like my kids are growing up at lightening speed and are back to school already! But that means at least I have three mornings to myself for 3 hours to workout while my youngest is at preschool...so that's a positive! Thanks for doing this yet another month Belinda...with a new baby and a new job you certainly have your hands full and I really appreciate it!

    I started a new workout so I expect the scale to stay around that til close to the end of august - if last month is any indicator I won't see any downward progress til 8/20 because of water retention with a close workout, but 5lbs fell off the last few days of July. Hopefully this month will be the same!

    I lost last 13 pounds last month from a similar challenge and I can't wait to repeat it. However, this month being Ramadan and all and with me being either too tired or too full t workout like before, I doubt it such an awesome result will be achievable..Still, putting my best foot forward. We got this guys! :)

    I know I'm setting a goal of more than 5 pounds. But because I'm so heavy, I've been losing weight very rapidly (I've lost 17 pounds since the 17th of July), so I already know 5 pounds won't be a problem for me. Hope that's not a problem !
