Goal weight? Need your opinion!

Hey!

I'm trying to lose a bit of weight this month. What is a realistic goal weight for me to set by let's say August 21st? I just want to slim down a bit for school around that time not necessarily that day. I weigh 136 right now and I'm 5'5.

What is a good amount of weight that I can lose in about 3 weeks?

Not looking for too much weight loss, just trying to tone up & such.

    If you're just looking to tone up, then focus on strength training instead of the number on the scale. Toning up can sometimes actually mean adding pounds. So instead of looking to 'lose weight', look into gaining muscle. :)
