Looking for some good yoga DVDs, videos and websites (with movelists) that have things you can follow along with. I'm looking for more of the relaxing stuff that helps with relaxing/stretching/balance/etc. rather than the super-hyper-fitness power yoga and pilates stuff.

Thanks! <3

Hulu.com has a whole yoga section with tons of diffrent types of yoga programs and they are FREE!

Netflix.com also has yoga work out videos if you are a subscriber.

There are also a ton of yoga podcasts.

I can't recommend specific ones for you though because I love the power yoga hyper fitness classses my self.

I love them too, and have plenty of podcasts, etc. of them. Since it's become such a craze, the calmer side of it seems to have disappeared which has made my search so hard. Hulu never loads right for me, but I have Netflix, so I'll check it out.

    Thanks again!

MTV Yoga and MTV power Yoga. Best $10 fitness investment. :)

www.yogadownload.com has a bunch of classes and styles to choose from.. audio or video versions are available. I've done mostly audio versions w/ a pose guide and found them to be pretty good.
