    You look AMAZING!! Honestly, much younger now than at 35 -- I'd have guessed you were in your 20's. Great work!

    Just a note here to tell you to beware of weighing yourself after eating at Applebee's -- all of their entree's have almost an entire day's allotment of sodium in them, if not more. Really a water-retention nightmare. Give yourself at least 2-3 days before you go near a scale -- this is true for most chain restaurants. Sodium levels through the roof. I guess we love our salty stuff! :-)

    So that 's why the scale didn't move after eating at Logan's last night. Thanks..I won't be depressed now.
