    Wonderful transformation! I hope to be in the same place as you in a years time (I am aiming to lose 55 lbs, currently lost 6 lbs after 3 weeks of starting on this heathly journey).

    Thank you for sharing your inspiring story! You look fantastic! I also want to be fit, healthy, and still have some meat on my bones and a few curves in the right places when I'm down to 150. I appreciate the details of what you do to keep up the good work. I'm glad to know that if I just keep on doing what I'm doing I can reach my 57 pound weight loss goal and hopefully look as good as you do! :smile:

    just amazing! I'm 5'4 and started at 236 (ughhhh) and it's great to see you so close to me and how awesome you are doing, gives me lots of "push" to achieve my goals. I hope in a year I can look as great as you do!!! CONGRATS!
