I run, but I wouldn't call myself a runner. :) I'm more of a slo-mo kind of jogger... But, regardless of pace, a mile is a mile!

Ran my first half marathon in May, and gearing up for my second at the end of September.

I run and I am currently training for my first half marathon! Just started running two years ago, at age 36, never had the urge to run until one day I thought why not! I set mini goals for myself, a 5k, 10k or now a half marathon!

    Good luck.

I could run a half marathon before I got hip bursitis a year ago
Now I run about 6 miles 2-3x week and do interval or HIIT on other days
I consider myself a runner but I'm not in any organizations, I just do it :)

I guess I'm not considered a runner! I never liked or enjoyed running until recently! My fiance & I are training to do a marathon on our honeymoon, in January. We completed our first 10K race this past weekend, and in spite the heat & humidity, we still finished it faster than we projected we would!

Not quite a distance runner, but the miles are getting easier with each week!

Yes, you ARE a runner! You run (and race!), therefore you ARE a runner :)

I am just getting started running. I'm starting with the C25K app. A couple years ago I was running 6 miles every day in about an hour. Now I can barely jog for 2 minutes. What happened to me?

    It happens.

I remember having soccer practice for an hour and a half, then going home and running for 2 hours. I was running just over a 12 min mile too. Now, not so much but I'm working on it.

    Just keep on running.

I'm just getting back into it after being sidelined for a year or so. July was my first month of over 100 miles and I'm looking forward to improving on that in August.

I like to run at sunset or later and now have a nifty headlamp so I don't trip on the trails (Colorado)...can't wait to get back to my routine when I get home from Afghanistan.
