I have obsessed about my weight for years, so now I a determined. I am SOO excited to get in shape, which I am trying to lose that last 2 pounds and KEEP it off.

I have not been really fat just that elusive muffin top that makes me mad when I pull on my clothes! UGH

I read the new book "this is why you are fat" it's pretty good, kinda like the "dukan Diet" they like you to eat tons of protein and low fat.
Is anyone doing something that is working for them?

    I'm doing something like that. I'm suppose to eat a protein with every meal. I get fruits, lots of veggies, some carbs. Its not a book though, its an M.D. program. Its working pretty good but I have quite a bit of weight to lose so its coming off quick at first :)
