How would you count 30 day shred?

Please forgive me, i am new to the boards and am wondering what you would count 30 day shred as, cardio or strength? I also don't have a heart rate monitor so how would you estimate the calories burned?

  • circuit training if you dont have a hrm but for me...mfp was off by about 100 calories so watch out and get a HRM one day!

    I originally put it in under cardio as circuit training for 20 minutes.

    I recently got a HRM and checked that way. MFP estimate for 20 minutes circuit training was pretty close to what my HRM said. MFP was about 10 calories higher.

    Now I just rely on the HRM.
