Hello everyone! I am a newbie, any tips loosing 50 lbs would be greatly appreciated. Im always searching for calorie friendly foods since i feel like im eating the same boring things over and over. However i am allergic to seafood, such a boomer i know lol. I work out almost everyday and so far i have lost a few pounds but would like to see the scale drop more.
