Mayo substitute?

Options
I really want to make this chicken dish, but I HATE mayo with a fiery, burning passion...What can I use in this recipe instead of mayo?

PAM® Grilling Spray
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (5 oz each)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 can (14 oz each) quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained
3 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
1 teaspoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard

Yeah I'd say yogurt or a cream based soup like cream of chicken.

I just switched to Vegenaise. Very close in taste to mayo. Can be found in the refrigerated section.

1/2 greek yogurt and 1/2 light sour cream is a perfect sub, OR, a laughing cow cheese wedge of your choice flavor... All good subs.

I would just put in more cream cheese. Looks like it is just to make it creamy so more cheese is better.

not a big mayo fan so I usually use plain nonfat yogurt to make things like chicken salad.

Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream ... fat free if that makes you happy ... I've been using those as substitutes for mayo and butter for years.

When you don't want the "tang" of Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese works well as a mayo substitute too.
