C25K plus other workouts?

I am on W3D1 of C25K. Obviously my goal is to complete this program but also to loose 40lbs by Christmas. I am monitioring calories on MFP. My question is if I do C25K Mon, Wed, Friday, what other types of workouts are good to do in between. I dont belong to a gym. I have done BL Power Sculpt but I think thats too much on my legs with the running program. I am looking for good ways to burn calories on my off days.
