If you want bacon, eat bacon - moderation is the key not abstinence.
Do strength training, but make sure you get a trainer (free with most gym inductions) to get proper form.
Never give up.

            Great job! You might want to get your bmi checked in person as you might be less that what MFP says. For me it tells me im 54% which is way off from when I got measured 2 yrs ago and was at about 34% and i am actually slightly lighter now.0
