Sugar Level Better control

I thought I was controlling my diet and limiting to healthier food and enjoy some non-healthier food at times. I wasn't able to control my sugar so I decided to be on insulin and lose some weight. Within a day, with myfitnesspal app, I was able to keep track of my calories and my sugar remained low enough where I am deferring insulin till later. Within a week, I lost 6 pounds, waking up in the morning refreshed, already, and sugar level is kept at an optimum level.
