Tips on losing 5 pounds in one month?

I work out 1.5 hours daily (strength and cardio), I eat pretty cleanly, and I'm generally healthy.
I am 5'6, 120 pounds, and I'd like to lose about 5 more pounds of fat (I'm still kinda flabby). Plus, I've already cut calories down.
Any suggestions? Reaching my goal is getting harder and harder, and I think five pounds in a month is very reasonable.
My weight loss has slowed, and I think I may have hit a plateau. Which is bad, because I have to get back over it.
Any help with my situation? (: Thanks!

5'6" and 120 pounds seems kinda light... but we're all built slightly differently.
At this point, i'd say start working on goal body fat percentage rather than goal weight.
Without an open diary, we cannot give you very specific feedback besides the general tips that are floating all over the place.0 -
I agree that 5'6 120 sounds a little light. Have you been strength training?
That will probably help you tone up. I really don't think you need to lose
any weight.0 -
I think five pounds in a month is very reasonable.
Given your height and weight I disagree with you. There is a reason weight loss has slowed...you have less fat to get ride of. The low hanging fruit is gone. Be patient and keep working out, and eat lean protean. More muscle will make you less flabby.0 -
im 5'2 120 and my goal weight is 115., so yes it sounds very light. but your already working out eating clean like you say i wouldn't say that theres more you could/should do. eating less working out more is not the solution. just keep doing what ur doing its only 5lbs ull ge there.0

At 5'6", 120 lbs you are at the low end of the healthy range. What it sounds like you need to be doing is strength/weight training to tone up. Not to lose weight. Lower the cardio, Raise the strength training.0

I'd suggest setting your goal to maintain and adding some muscle lots of squats n leg n but workouts, keep some stomach workouts n don't over do the cardio, see how that works for you. you're not really short and if you want to look healthy it's unlikely that you actually need to lose any more weight to do so, just need to build the foundation of shape(muscles) to make your body look better!(granted I know nothing about your actual body shape etc, just generally good advice, don't get hung up on an exact number and when ur close to your goal do strength training) Good luck!0

Do you even know what your body fat % is? It will be impossible to lose 5 lbs of fat in a month at your weight.0

It depends on body frame. There are several calculatosr that actually have 115lbs as an ideal weight for a small frame person. There are even some Olympians/athletes who are built that way.
But I am not sure how you can lose five pounds in a month. That's the hard part, you might want to give yourself some more time. Have you tried tabata training? I managed to lose about 3-5 pounds, but i took me more than a month to do so. Maybe more athletic training???0
