Way hungrier after working out!

Okay yes, I realize it's completely normal to be hungrier the days you're working out. But I only did about a half-hour of strength training before work, and I've just wanted to eat all damn day! Same thing yesterday, I did about 20 mins of HIIT super-early, and I just wanted to eat everything in sight. I don't feel this way on days I don't work out. My point is, it's not like I'm doing hard-core, hour-long 500-cal workouts. I just can't believe how hungry I am!

Do you eat back you exercise calories? That's why they add them in! So you won't be hungry because you're working hard and need them.
NET calories are important.0 -
I always save for an after work-out snack that is loaded in protein.0
