onboard and trying to get motivated!

hey all
i am 21 and 5'3 i was always pretty fit during school and straight after leaving was my smallest size, but most importantly ate really well and enjoyed exercise. I've put on 44lbs/20 kilos since then and its not a good feeling or realisation. I've tried to get motivated but i seem to just get frustrated and give up all within a day.
My brothers wedding is coming up in 6 weeks, and as i have to stand up with him, i want to feel comfortable. my own wedding is in 9 months and i would love to be back down to my smallest weight.
I have been doing pretty well this week, and my fiance now gyms with me (starting from this week) and i feel like its going to be a lot easier when we gym together instead of go out for dinner together.
i am aiming for 3 1 hour workout sessions a week a week minimum and only one dessert and one serving of bread per week. I also have a tendancy to be low on iron so im eating as much vegetables as possible through salads or homemade vege soup and i like tuna so ill have that with red onion and cucumber.
Im hoping to loose 5 kilos/11 pounds in 6 weeks - my mum and i are doing a fitness pact, along with my best friend and my fiances sister, let me know if youd want to get on board
