"Celsius is most effective when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise"

In other words, they are trying to sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo. You don't need it. If you really want a "boost" before a workout, have a cup of coffee, since its really just the caffeine in the drink that gives you "energy".

Unless I'm participating in sport/training that goes on for longer than 90 minutes (i.e. a half marathon, long training ride, etc), you really don't need an energy drink for a workout. for those really long workouts, coconut water does the trick for me.

Bottom line, don't waste your money.

I have tried a few as an alternative to coffee before AM workouts. I think after the current one is done I may go to just cold/day old coffee. None I have tried seem to do more than coffee or sugar would.

I would be afraid to drink an energy drink before I workout - they make me too hyper.
