Hey guys so i was wondering what kinds of bread do you eat? and what kind do you avoid. also how many times do you eat pasta a week? and what good snacks do you recommend?
im asking because ive decided to stop eating at work (we get free dinner usually pasta and pizza) last night at work i had a salad from work with no dressing so ill do that once a week. But i work four nights, so trying to figure out what to take. any help would be appreciated!!!
and also i dont eat red meat.

I usually just eat whole wheat bread, one that is high in fiber. I avoid white bread.0

I do not eat bread, but rather consume P28 High Protein Bagel 40gm protein/bagel.0

I avoid just about anything made with enriched white flour... I stick with multi-grains and organic wheat... Same with pasta's.... I eat Sara Lee's Multi-grain bread or their wheat bread most of the time... 35 calories a slice... Snacks I stick with Sensible Portions Veggie straws or chips (I buy at Walmart or Sam's Club) They are 130 calories for 38 chips and have no preservatives or fillers.. Best of Luck...0
