Since my metabolism shuts down after 8pm... Can I jump start it by eating breakfast right before bed?

Why do you think your metabolism shuts down after 8pm?

My friends second cousin told me

^^^^ sure it wasn't Dr. Oz? Just don't eat back your breakfast calories those will go straight to fat!

    bacon and eggs only.

Obviously, a piece of toast after 8pm would cause the insulin fairy to store everything as fat

But not just coffee. Having just coffee for breakfast is bad. Very bad.
If you just have coffee, you must re-alkaline yourself to get rid of the acid, of course!

Any time's a good time for pie. I learned that from Pulp Fiction.

Breakfast is always a good idea. Bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy please.

I did scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy for breakfast this morning. Its worth the extra bike ride to burn off those calories!
