ceviche!!!!!
I made the most delicious ceviche tonight.
So simple and so healthy!
1 lb of Tilapia cut into small peices
juice of 4 limes
1/2 onion, sliced very very thin
a big handful of cilantro chopped
salt
tabasco (to taste)
Let this marinate for about 1-6 hours stirring every 20 minutes or so.
Add diced tomato, diced cucumber, and diced avocado
Let marinate another 10 minutes.
ENJOY!!!!!!

Yum! My hubby makes something similar with snapper or mahi mahi ( he fancies himself a fisherman) I think the only difference is he adds a splash of vinegar. So healthy!0
