BodyRockTV workout - how do you classify on MFP?!

Hi everyone
Have finally re-started on my journey to get healthy and lose those last pesky kilos. I have been watching BodyRockTV routines for a while and have finally decided I am going to give them a go on those days when I tell myself I have no time to do exercise! So today is Day 1.
How would I record it on MFP for exercise? I don't have a HRM so I can't work out my calories burned myself. I'm a bit stumped. Hope someone can help.
Wish me luck!!

Good question! I am struggling with calories burned as well. I am planning to buy a hrm, but can't do it yet. Good luck to you!!

    I use "Circuit training, general".

Yeah, that's what I used before I got a HRM. I'd definitely recommend getting one, especially to record cals burned with something like BodyRock, because it's a short, intense workout and the burns are really different depending on exercise. I got Polar FT4 for $60 on amazon and it's worked great so far.

Thanks girls! Will use circuit training, general for now. But 96 cals burnt for such an intense workout doesn't seem enough. Will see if I an add HRM to my birthday list and slip it to my bf!! :)

Depending on your weight/ height, it may not be that far off. I burn less than 200 cals in 30 mins doing a workout. Bodyrock isn't as much about cals burned as it is toning your body. I noticed a significant change in my abs, shoulders, and thighs once I started Bodyrocking.
