Scale vs Measurements........

I was always wondering, why is the scale not going down very much and why are my pants still feeling the same as when I started?


Now I know why..

May 5th Measurements (day I started MFP):

39" bust
34" waist
39" belly
44" hips
26" thighs
12" arms

Aug 1st Measurements:

38" bust
32.5" waist
38.5" belly
42.5" hips
25" thighs
11" arms

    You're making progress! What have you been doing to drop the weight/inches?

    Well 95% of the time I eat under my calorie goal, and I try to get a bit of exercise everday, although I started 30 day shred a few weeks back, and I'm on day 21 now of it. :)
  • I was able to wear a small pair of bike shorts but the scale says I weigh about 5 pounds more than this time last year. However, I have been doing strength and conditioning for a year that I had not been doing before.

    Yeah I was confused because normally I would lose from my stomach/belly before any other areas...
